Sebastian woke up to find all his bank accounts frozen. His company shares — which he had proudly built using Jasmine’s “family connections” (that she never actually had) — were suddenly under investigation. His mother’s luxury car was repossessed. Monica’s shopping addiction accounts were closed.
At 9 AM, a team of lawyers and security arrived at the mansion.
Jasmine stood in the living room, calm and composed, wearing the same simple black dress from the gala.
Sebastian stormed in. “What the hell is going on?!”
Jasmine looked at him with ice-cold eyes and said:
“You wanted half of everything in the divorce? Fine. But first, let me show you what ‘everything’ actually is.”
She handed him a folder. Inside were documents proving she was the sole heir to a $2.8 billion empire.
Sebastian’s face turned white. Patricia fainted. Monica started screaming.
Jasmine continued calmly:
“You mocked me. You abused me. You killed my unborn child with your cruelty. Your mistress laughed at my dress. Now I’m going to laugh last.”
She filed for divorce and demanded everything. Because of the prenup Sebastian had forced her to sign years ago (thinking she was poor), it backfired on him. The court awarded Jasmine full ownership of all marital assets.
Sebastian lost the house, the cars, his company shares, and his reputation. Patricia and Monica were kicked out with nothing. Lila, the mistress, was exposed publicly and lost her social status overnight.
Six months later, Jasmine sold most of the empire for over $3 billion. She started a foundation in honor of her lost baby and her grandfather. She now travels the world, paints again, and helps other women escape abusive marriages.
Sebastian, Patricia, and Monica now live in a small apartment. The last time Jasmine saw them, Sebastian tried to apologize. She simply smiled and said:
“You should have loved me when I had nothing.”
